We have over 500 volunteers in middle school, high school, and college from 25 countries and 6 continents. Our volunteers are crucial to our continual success. They volunteer at our events and fundraisers, help us coordinate logistics, suggest new ideas, and above all, spread our mission.

Hi, my name is Nerissa Shah and I am a sophomore at a high school in Toronto. I have always had an interest in visual arts. I believe that art is a significant part of life and more people should have the opportunity to express themselves through the arts. As a part of the marketing team at United Under Arts, I will promote our projects and connect with people around the world. Through this, I hope to help spread the importance of the arts and inspire others as well.

Hello! My name is Simerjeet Mudhar and I am a junior at McNair Academic High School. I am a pianist who has a strong belief that the arts have a bigger impact on our lives than most people usually give it credit for. It has the ability to unite people and influence the way we think about the world around us. Through United Under Arts, I hope to use my passion for music to touch the lives of people all around the world.

My favorites include Las Vegas and New York City. For my future plans, I plan on majoring in psych/premed. My entire family has talent within the arts and presently I am an art major experiencing the various courses my school has given me. Growing up, I’ve seen how much of an impact art can have; it has the power of bringing a community together, it can inspire others to reach their full potential and it can give opportunities to many. Hi! My name is Aaron Shi and I am a rising junior from San Diego, California. For all of my life, I have always been involved in the arts. I’ve been involved in music since I was 5 and have been singing since 4th grade. Outside of my passion for singing, I also love photography and video editing. With the goal of one day moving into a big city and making an impact on the world through the use of arts, I am proud to be on the United Under Arts management team, planning and participating in events, while simultaneously taking the first step towards achieving that eventual dream of making a difference.
